SUMMARY
Duvel Moortgat USA is seeking an energetic and highly motivated analyst to join our finance team. The Revenue Analyst will support Duvel USA – the organization that markets and sells our beers and beverages, as well as our brewery production facilities and organizations: Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, MO and Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. 
 
This role will own responsibilities focusing mostly on topline revenue analysis for our wholesale business, including volume and revenue budgeting and forecasting, customer pricing, internal scorecards, brand health reporting and analysis, competitive benchmarking and analysis, and more. This role must be comfortable with building, modifying and publishing key reporting, but also must be able to dig into their own reports and provide senior and executive members of leadership with suggested actionable insights. 
 
The perfect candidate has a passion for digging into the details, is comfortable collaborating with departments outside of finance, and is able to take the lead on projects with minimal supervision. 
 
This role will heavily use MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, and Tableau.
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of our customer pricing structure, working with Sales and Accounts Receivable to keep product pricing up-to-date for our national distribution footprint
  • Utilizes SQL and Tableau to create, combine and manipulate multiple datasets to provide meaningful and turnkey reporting for sales and senior members of leadership
  • Analyzes company and competitive financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Monitors market-level distribution and rate-of-sale for key brands and shares the results with sales leadership
  • Monitors and reports on distributor frontline pricing and distributor margins
  • Maintains, updates and publishes various business reports
  • Ensures automated database updates are running on schedule and accurately
  • Performs forecasting and budgeting activities for the annual planning cycle
  • Ad-hoc projects as necessary
 

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years progressive experience working in finance, accounting, forecasting or analysis-based roles
  • A degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups and charts
  • Intermediate experience using and manipulating database data, procedures and queries (MS Access, MS SQL Server)
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software is a plus, but not required
